How It Works

• Once you submit an order, we manually calculate and quote the shipping cost to ensure accuracy.
• We collaborate with reputable courier services, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Hong Kong Post, to provide reliable and efficient delivery.
• All shipments include tracking information, so you can monitor your parcel’s progress anytime.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by several factors, including:

• Weight and dimensions of the package
• Shipping destination (additional charges may apply for remote areas)
• Seasonal demand

We aim to choose the most cost-effective courier for your shipment. If you have special requests or specific instructions, please include them in the "Further Instructions" section during the ordering process.

Important Note: Shipping costs are based on the higher value between volumetric weight and actual weight.
Volumetric weight is calculated using the formula:
(Width × Length × Height) ÷ 5000
